Telecommunications in Italy faced a monumental challenge. With home installation waitlisted for up to three years, mobile devices were fast becoming the optimum choice. How to convey the behemoth entity of Telecom Italia as a nimble modern company? Our strategy was to ask the populace and iconic movers and shakers “How they’d like the future to be.”
