Surfers are very particular about the images in their magazines. It’s important to match the actual color of the surf break, but if it ain’t about catching THE WAVE, surfers are not so good at making a deadline. We spent many a late sleepless night fine-tuning colour with Blue Water Publisher Steve Zeldin (The Great Zeldini). Amid last minute complete and utter chaos, we managed to pull many rabbit out of a hat without compromising quality: Scanning, Page Assembly, Photo Composition, Retouching and Color Balancing. Delivering print-ready files to match specs from various printers.
