Artisan Chocolates became a passion of mine after living in Italy. Chocolate is magical. It reacts to everything – light, heat, moisture – a very challenging medium. But it was another way to play with form, texture, and colour. My love of packaging and the ability to create my own custom molds soon had me inventing one of a kind combinations for David Yurman, the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, the Academy Awards, Yotam Solomon, Linda Loudermilk, Louis Verdad, Jay Leno, the Broad Theatre, as well as destination weddings. This venture was very much a passion project.
